I was not sure who to be for halloween this year, I had originally decided on Astro Nautalis, but couldn't find my trident.  I guess its easier if you are Captain Action, the man of many identities.  So why not just go as Captain Action?  Here is the classic Ben Cooper Captain Action costume for your halloween fun.  I am sure no one else will be Captain Action this year...   Captain Action Halloween Costume

Captain Action Sighting:  Nov 17 Toyshop  30 Oct 00
The Nov 17th Issue of Toy Shop features a cover article on collecting Action figures via the web.  The body of the article features a black and white picture of 4 boxed Captain Action uniform sets  (Batman, Captain America, Superman and Aquaman).  Look for the Mego Spiderman on the cover with the badly repaired seam on the right leg (don't know how they missed that!).

Captain Action Spider man Box Art Update   19 Oct 00
With some help from the very talented Yves Rodier, we present a new and improved Captain Action Spider Man Uniform Box.  Yves did some extraordinary clean up work on the box logo and now it looks amazing.  I have printed out a few of them and it looks as good as the original.   I have also improved the color of the character art, and added an outline.  The improved Spider man artwork is here:  Spider man Uniform and Equipment for Captain Action   If you would like to see more of Yves superb work, check out this website: Yves Rodier Illustrator

Steve Canyon Uniform and Equipment for Captain Action   09 Oct 00
Its back to business as usual here at GAB, and we have just finished putting together a page with pics and info on the vintage Ideal Steve Canyon set.  We could use a really nice picture of the logo on the sleeve of the uniform, so if you have one, snap a pic and send it our way, if we use it you'll get credit for it.  Find Steve Canyon in the "Uniforms" section under the Captain Action icon, or take this handy short cut:
